Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market. Develop and maintain relationships with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors. Understand client hiring needs and deliver qualified profiles within timelines. Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and vendors. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in US IT staffing or similar business development roles. Strong knowledge of US work visas (H1B, GC, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience with ATS platforms (Ceipal, Bullhorn, etc.) preferred. Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
