Talent Acquisition Specialist (US, Canada & UK IT Staffing)



We are seeking an energetic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment for clients in the US, Canada, and UK IT markets. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of international hiring processes, sourcing strategies, and visa categories, along with the ability to deliver top-quality candidates within tight timelines.
Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for contract and full-time positions across US, Canada, and UK clients. Utilize job boards, social media, and Boolean search to identify top talent. Work closely with account managers and business development teams to understand client requirements. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from requirement gathering to onboarding. Maintain and update candidate information in ATS platforms (Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar). Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations with candidates. Ensure compliance with all regional hiring standards and documentation (DL, Visa, Work Permit, etc.).
2–5 years of experience in international IT recruitment (US/Canada/UK). Strong understanding of work authorization types – H1B, TN, OPT, CPT, PR, Citizen, and UK work permits. Proven ability to meet daily and weekly submission targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Naukri, and Indeed. Time-zone flexibility to support EST, CST, and GMT regions.
