Spait Infotech is actively seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer to join our dynamic cloud data team. As a key member, you will design and implement scalable data solutions using AWS cloud services such as Redshift, Glue, S3, Lambda, and EMR. This is a great opportunity to work on high-impact data engineering projects supporting enterprise-level decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering with hands-on AWS services.
  • Proficiency with AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda, Athena, Step Functions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or PySpark.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize data pipelines using AWS Glue, Redshift, Athena, and Lambda.
  • Design and manage data lakes and data warehouses on AWS.
  • Develop automated ETL/ELT workflows to ingest, transform, and load large datasets.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and architects to deliver high-quality data products.
  • Monitor data quality, performance, and compliance using AWS tools.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality and deployment automation.
  • Optimize storage, compute, and processing costs on AWS.
